I love to cook and so I would love to share one of my favourite fruit cake recipes. About the second time I made this fruitcake I made a mistake with the flour and made it with plain flour instead of self raising and you wouldn't believe it, it still turned out OK. Of course it didn't rise, but the fruit was still distributed evenly and it was more like a slice rather than a cake. So whatever you do with this cake it still turns out OK.</description>
